Instala la app en tu teléfono

Dirección de la app:

Aparece el ícono LIVIS en tu pantalla. Abre la agenda siempre desde ese ícono.

Entra a tu cuenta

Abre la app, escribe tu correo y tu contraseña, y toca Iniciar sesión. Solo lo haces una vez: la app recuerda tu sesión.

Si entraste primero desde el navegador, vuelve a entrar dentro de la app. El iPhone las trata por separado.

Tus citas

• Arriba ves cuántas citas tienes hoy, en los próximos 7 días y cuánto suman.
• Próximas: las citas que vienen, por día y hora.
• Pasadas: las citas de los últimos 30 días.
• Canceladas: las citas que cancelaste.
• La etiqueta Nueva marca las citas reservadas en las últimas 24 horas.
• La lista se actualiza sola cada minuto. Toca Llamar para llamar al cliente.

Cancelar una cita

1. Toca Cancelar junto a la cita.
2. El botón se pone rojo. Tócalo otra vez (Toca otra vez para cancelar) dentro de 10 segundos.
3. Sale un mensaje verde y el horario queda libre para otros clientes.

El cliente no recibe un aviso automático. Escríbele para avisarle.

Tus ganancias

• Arriba de tu agenda ves cuánto ganaste hoy, en los últimos 7 días y este mes, con una gráfica por día. Toca una barra para ver el total de ese día.
• Solo cuenta las citas reservadas en la página, no los clientes sin cita.
• ¿Un cliente no vino? En Pasadas, toca No vino y luego otra vez. Esa cita deja de contar en tus ganancias.

Fotos de tus cortes

1. Baja hasta Fotos de la página y toca Agregar fotos.
2. Toma una foto o elige de tu galería. Puedes elegir varias a la vez.
3. En unos segundos salen primero en la galería de la página.

Para quitar una foto de la página, toca Quitar y luego otra vez.

Avisos de citas en tu teléfono

1. Abre la app desde el ícono LIVIS de tu pantalla de inicio.
2. Arriba, toca Activar avisos y luego Permitir.
3. Toca Enviar prueba para comprobar que te llega.

Desde ese momento, cada cita nueva te llega como notificación, aunque la app esté cerrada. Tócala para abrir tu agenda.

Correos de citas nuevas

Cada vez que alguien reserva, te llega un correo con el nombre, el teléfono, el servicio y la hora. Activa las notificaciones de Gmail en tu teléfono para enterarte al momento.

Consejos

• ¿Un día libre o un descanso? Reserva tú esos horarios en la página con el nombre "Bloqueado". Así nadie más los puede tomar.
• ¿Un cliente quiere cambiar la hora? Cancela su cita y pídele que reserve otra, o resérvala tú por él en la página.
• Los clientes pagan en la barbería. La página no cobra nada.

Install the app on your phone

App address:

The LIVIS icon appears on your home screen. Always open your schedule from that icon.

Sign in

Open the app, enter your email and password, and tap Sign in. You only do this once: the app remembers you.

If you signed in from the browser first, sign in again inside the app. iPhone keeps them separate.

Your appointments

• At the top you see how many appointments you have today, over the next 7 days, and what they add up to.
• Upcoming: appointments coming up, by day and time.
• Past: appointments from the last 30 days.
• Cancelled: appointments you cancelled.
• The New tag marks appointments booked in the last 24 hours.
• The list refreshes on its own every minute. Tap Call to call the client.

Cancel an appointment

1. Tap Cancel next to the appointment.
2. The button turns red. Tap it again (Tap again to cancel) within 10 seconds.
3. A green message appears and the time opens up for other clients.

The client doesn't get an automatic message. Text them to let them know.

Your earnings

• At the top of your schedule you see what you earned today, over the last 7 days and this month, with a chart by day. Tap a column to see that day's total.
• It only counts appointments booked on the website, not walk-ins.
• Client didn't show up? In Past, tap No-show, then tap again. That appointment stops counting toward your earnings.

Photos of your cuts

1. Scroll down to Website photos and tap Add photos.
2. Take a photo or pick from your gallery. You can pick several at once.
3. Within seconds they show first in the gallery on the website.

To take a photo off the website, tap Remove, then tap again.

Booking alerts on your phone

1. Open the app from the LIVIS icon on your home screen.
2. At the top, tap Turn on alerts, then Allow.
3. Tap Send a test to check that it arrives.

From then on, every new booking shows up as a notification, even when the app is closed. Tap it to open your schedule.

New booking emails

Every time someone books, you get an email with their name, phone number, service and time. Turn on Gmail notifications on your phone to hear about it right away.

Tips

• Day off or a break? Book those times yourself on the website under the name "Blocked", so no one else can take them.
• Client wants a different time? Cancel their appointment and ask them to book again, or book it for them on the website.
• Clients pay in the shop. The website never charges anything.
